Appointments must be booked with the Consulate which holds jurisdiction over your legal residence.
At the time of your appointment, each Consulate will require proof of residency as well as specific ID documentation.
If you move before your appointment date, and you are outside of the jurisdiction in which you scheduled your appointment in, it is important that you switch the Consulate in which you are applying.
